Sandbagged. Pass two looks like a little blip on the profile, but wait, this is tough! Day two was supposed to be the hardest, but in many respects, day three was the hardest. For starters, you are already tired from yesterday's epic hike. For second, day three is the longest day.(Elias let us sleep in today until 6AM!! We then hiked all day from about 730am until a little after 5 pm) And for third, as soon as you wake up, you have to climb the second pass, which is much much worse than one anticipates. It was about two hours of solid climbing, back up to 12,7092 feet.

Sara was ready to keep climbing!
